I think the way to do it would be to think of the camera replacing each your your eyeballs in turn. Take a shot looking through the viewfinder with one eye and put one of the markers on a distinct feature somewhere in the scene then repeat using the viewfinder over the other eye but with the same marker. You should get two fields of view that are a couple of inches apart.

To practise, just look at the scene blinking one eye and then the other!

As I said, it sometimes seems to fail but the perfect sync with Google Reader makes up for that. Enjoy!

I just ache a bit now and probably more to look forward to tomorrow. Still, it is a reminder that life can have unexpected corners and also to be doubly cautious when taking less metaphysical corners on my cycle!

Yes, I've recently noticed that bookmarks now seem to be private by default. :-(

I'm happy that there is an option for making bookmarks private, but I think that in general they are best public since the ability to explore a network of bookmarks is one of the main strengths of delicious.

Even more annoying than the fact that they seem to have quietly switched over to defaulting to private bookmarks (for all I know, it may have been mentioned in some of the documentation I skimmed through when the service provider changed) is the fact that it doesn't seem to be possible to set your own preference for the default. It would seem to be a fairly simple option to implement.

That's why it is easier when you also get to pick all of the songs although, as noted, the experiment still wasn't entirely a success!
